Personal Training:

 

Park-based training that involves a full body workout that I will always keep varied to keep the body/mind in gear and out of boredom!!  Each session will incorporate every type of movement/exercise using at times your own body strength / Kettle bells / Weights / Cardio / Boxing Circuits.   These sessions are designed/tailored to suit YOU and only YOU – I will ensure that we achieve the goals and aspirations you have set for yourselves –  and yes, you deserve to reach for the sky!!

 

  • 1:1 PT sessions: Pay as you Go = £50 per session
  • 1:1 PT sessions: 10x sessions (includes one free assesment* session to the value of £50) = £400 ( with a savings of £100)
  • Group PT:  max 2 people per session = £35 per session (per person)

 

* An assessment session will involve a full lifestyle, postural, body composition (optional), nutritional assessment.  From these findings, I will create the perfect programme to suit you!

 

Bootcamp Training:

Park-based bootcamp/circuilt style training in Tooting area – again, a class that I will always keep varied.   Through circuit style drills mixed with bursts of cardio, this group session is not only social & fun, but hard work!  Its a great way to release the day’s stress while meeting up with friend (or making new friends while shaking dat booty!!).

Please note: In bootcamp, I will strive to give each individual as much of my attention as possible, however, this is not always possible due to size of groups (that is why  1:1 PT sessions are always advisable for novice exercisers).  Bootycamp is for peeps who prefer group work as this is a perfect social session, with a side order of sweaty smiles!!
